This Privacy Policy explains how GemBeans Sort handles information when you use the iOS version of the app distributed through the Apple App Store and TestFlight.

1. Information We Collect

GemBeans Sort does not require you to create an account and does not directly ask you to provide personal contact information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, videos, payment information, or government identification information.

The app stores game progress, preferences, settings, and gameplay state locally on your device so you can continue playing and keep your preferences. This local gameplay data is not uploaded to our own servers by the app.

The app and integrated third-party software development kits may collect or process technical information such as device identifiers, vendor identifiers, advertising identifiers where permitted by your device settings and consent choices, app instance identifiers, installation information, session information, app interactions, gameplay events, ad impressions, ad clicks, rewarded ad views, attribution events, crash logs, diagnostic information, performance information, device model, operating system information, language, country or region, IP address, and approximate location inferred from IP address. GemBeans Sort does not provide account creation or sign-in features.

2. Third-Party Services

Depending on the app version and enabled configuration, GemBeans Sort uses or may use third-party services to operate, monetize, measure, secure, and improve the app. These services may process technical identifiers, ad events, app interaction events, diagnostics, and related information according to their own privacy practices.

The current iOS app build may include Apple App Store and TestFlight services, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, GameAnalytics, Adjust, AppLovin, Google/AdMob services including Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform, advertising partners, attribution partners, and other service providers that help us operate, secure, monetize, measure, or improve the app.

3. How We Use Information

Locally stored game progress and settings are used to provide gameplay functionality, remember your preferences, and allow you to continue playing on the same device. Technical information and app interaction events may be used for analytics, product improvement, debugging, diagnostics, security, fraud prevention, app operations, and marketing or install performance measurement if attribution services are enabled.

Technical information and app events may also be used for advertising delivery, consent management, advertising or marketing measurement, ad revenue reporting and optimization, crash reporting, performance monitoring, and product improvement.

4. Advertising and Tracking

GemBeans Sort may use advertising, attribution, and advertising measurement services depending on the app version and enabled configuration. Advertising partners may process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers where available, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP address, app interactions, ad impressions, ad clicks, rewarded video views, attribution events, diagnostic information, and performance information to show ads, manage consent, measure attribution, report and optimize advertising revenue, limit abuse, measure ad performance, and support fraud prevention.

On iOS, access to tracking identifiers such as the Identifier for Advertisers depends on your Apple device settings, Apple privacy controls, and any consent choices presented by the system or the app. GemBeans Sort does not request access to your precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or health data for core gameplay.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share or allow processing of technical information with third-party service providers that help us provide analytics, attribution, advertising, advertising measurement, fraud prevention, security, diagnostics, crash reporting, or app operations. These providers process information according to their own privacy terms and our configuration of their services.

We may also disclose information if required to comply with applicable law, enforce our terms, protect the app and users, investigate abuse or security issues, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

6. Data Security

Since GemBeans Sort stores game progress and settings locally on your device, the security of that local data depends in part on your device and operating system protections. Data transmitted by the app or third-party services is intended to be encrypted in transit where supported by the relevant platform or provider.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Local game progress, preferences, and settings remain on your device unless you delete app data or uninstall GemBeans Sort. GemBeans Sort does not provide in-app account creation, so there is no in-app account to delete.

We will delete or anonymize applicable data where possible, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or operational purposes. Some information controlled by Apple, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, GameAnalytics, Adjust, AppLovin, Google/AdMob, advertising partners, or other service providers may need to be managed through those providers' own privacy tools or support channels.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. If the app's data practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and the relevant App Store privacy information as needed.
